These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at theartofyt.com and its subdomains (including start.theartofyt.com), together with any courses, workshops, coaching calls, communities, downloads, templates, software, and other products offered under the brand “The Art of YouTube” (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by Hi Goods Inc., a Wyoming corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Services Provided
The Art of YouTube provides educational programs, coaching, software tools, templates, frameworks, and community access for individuals building faceless YouTube channels. The Services are informational and educational in nature.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain parts of the Services you may be required to register for an account with us or with a third-party provider we use (for example, Whop or Telegram). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions
Paid Services are processed through Whop (our payment processor, whop.com). By purchasing a product or subscription, you authorize Whop and the underlying processor (Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Subscription renewals continue at the same price until cancelled through your Whop account or by contacting support.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the refund terms presented at checkout for each specific product. In general, high-ticket coaching programs and workshops are final sale once access is granted, except where required by applicable law. For questions, email support@theartofyt.com.
6. License to Course Content
Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for your own personal or internal business use. You may not:
